Job Summary

Responsible to create, maintain and update department reports. Serve as technical support for all reporting projects. Ensure timely and accurate completion of data related reporting requests in clear and concise formats. Support CBO Management and Supervisors in various ad hoc reporting requests. Maintain documentation of report inventory, report generation, and training documentation.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

Perform all period-end (day/month/quarter/year) reporting for current and legacy A/R management software systems. Prepare analysis between current and prior reporting periods, plan-to-actual variances, rolling forecasts, plan re-forecasts, and plan-to-actual comparisons
Generate and distribute according to schedule internal control reporting as well as ad hoc reports as requested by internal or external personnel.
Participate in the development of long-term A/R processing plans.
Ensure all reporting systems are appropriately maintained with regard to security aspects.
Attend all necessary training for new software or upgrades to effectively manage all reporting systems.
Develop and maintain tracking databases as requested.
Establish and/or maintain logs and tracking reports to ensure department work product efficiency and effectiveness.
Available for non-standard work schedule as required including after-hours support calls.
Other Duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Bachelor s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years experience writing queries
3 years experience creating SSIS / SSAS packages
3 years experience creating reports in the Healthcare industry
Healthcare business acumen with the ability to understand business situations, strategies, theory, and processes.

Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of collaboration at all levels.
Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and has a strong attention to detail.

Expertise in delivering technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data organization, data quality assessment, and data profiling

Computer Skills

Proficient level knowledge with Microsoft SQL server Query Development
Proficient level with SSIS and SSAS
Proficient level with Visual Management Studio
Knowledgeable in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Working knowledge with Graphic Information System (GIS) application design, development, maintenance, and analysis preferred
Proficient level with Microsoft Excel
